On October 2 at 19:40p.m., by the decision of the RA NA Speaker, under the Article 100 of RA Constitution and the Article 41 of the RA Constitutional law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, on the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly the RA NA extraordinary sitting was convened.

As the cards were collected, the NA Ad hoc Accounting Committee made registration. 61 MPs were registered.

As a result of voting, with 67 votes the deputies in the second reading and completely passed the draft law on Amending the RA Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure authored by the RA NA deputies Arpine Hovhannisyan, Vahram Baghdasaryan and Andranik Harutyunyan.

As the electronic system did not work, the counting of voting was implemented by the RA NA Accounting Committee.

Let us note that under Part 5 of Article 60 of the RA Constitutional Law NA Rules of Procedure the RA NA deputies Khosrov Harutyunyan, Koryun Nahapetyan, Hermine Naghdalyan, Karen Bekaryan, Arman who left for business trip by the National Assembly informed in written form to the Speaker of the National Assembly about the their decisions on voting of the item.
